Sustainable Bio Security (SBS) was established by two agriculture specialists – one an Agronomist and the other from a family food business – who came to the realization after spending so much professional time together that they held the implementation of technology too important to not to help so many businesses.
The organization is led by Chris DeBoer and Sofiane El Ketroussi, combining decades of experience in sustainable agriculture, food processing and business development. Our past projects include successfully integrating ozone treatments in poultry primary and secondary processing, red meat and pork primary and secondary processing and farming to reduce bacterial loads, significantly demonstrating our ability to apply this technology across different agricultural sectors.
